You may see some changes that have been made to help protect our patients and staff when it is time for your next appointment. Due to COVID-19, our new office building is behind schedule. We are in our new building across the street from our old building. 1100 Spruce St., Belmont, NC 28012.  We will see patients Monday-Thursday 7AM – 3PM and select Fridays.

When you arrive please wait in your car and call or text our front office at (704) 825-3455 to let us know you are here. Once your provider is ready to see you we will call you to let you know you can come in. We are asking that patients come to their appointments alone. We will also be asking all patients if they have been in contact with someone or have symptoms of COVID-19 and taking every patient’s temperature.
